How does the styled studio hire process work?
styled studio offers a curated collection of designer dresses and outfits for hire. Browse our collection, select your desired item, choose your hire period, and we will have it delivered to your door! On the last day of you hire we will collect the outfit from you at your chosen time & location.

How long can I hire a dress for?
You can hire a style for two days, three days or seven days. If you need the dress for longer, please contact us directly for extended hire options.

What happens if the dress gets damaged?
While we understand that minor wear and tear can happen, if the dress has been damaged or lost, you will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement. styled studio will assess the garment and determine any additional fees.

Do you charge a bond?
Yes, we charge a security bond of IDR 500,000 that is fully refundable upon the safe return of the garment in its original condition.

How do I collect and return the dress?
At checkout, please provide your WhatsApp number or Instagram handle, as this is how we’ll coordinate the delivery and return of your selected outfit. We offer delivery within a 25km radius of Canggu, available from 9 AM to 5 PM. Returns are collected between 9 AM and 1 PM on the final day of your hire. If these times don’t work for you, just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

What happens if I return the dress late?
Returning the dress late will incur extra charges. Please ensure you return or make the dress available for collection on time.

Can I hire multiple dresses at once?
Absolutely! You can hire as many dresses as you’d like, provided they are available for your selected dates.

What are your cleaning policies?
We handle all the cleaning for you! Please do not attempt to wash the item yourself.

How do I make a booking?
To book, simply browse our collection, select your preferred outfit, and check the calendar for availability. Bookings are only confirmed once the payment has been made. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit or debit card. Payment must be made in full before collection or delivery of the garment.
