TERMS & CONDITIONS

By hiring from styled studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. styled studio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.

Orders must be placed by 12PM for same-day delivery. 

PAYMENT

Payment must be made via our online payment system. At the time of booking, you are required to pay the hire cost and a bond. The bond, which is IDR 500,000, will be refunded once the item is returned, has been inspected and is deemed to be in good condition.
Bookings are fully confirmed only when full payment is made.
*Please Note: Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received.

DELIVERY

Ensure you provide the correct address and any necessary delivery instructions, as Bali addresses can be tricky. Currently we only offer delivery within a 25km
radius of Canggu (Uluwatu, Nusa Dua & Ubud). Please contact us via WhatsApp if you are outside of this radius and we will do our best to accommodate you. We will reconfirm with you before sending the garment and provide GoSend tracking so you know when to expect its arrival. A person must be available to collect the garment, as we do not allow items to be left on premises.

styled studio is not responsible for orders where an incorrect or ineligible address has been provided. If an incorrect address is supplied, you will not be entitled to
a refund or credit and may be liable for late fees or replacement costs if the dress is not returned.

RETURNS

Return collections are made between 9AM - 1PM on your final day of hire. We will contact you via WhatsApp on your final day of hire prior to ordering the gojek to reconfirm you will have it available for collection. Please ensure items are hung in the provided garment bags to avoid being damaged on the return journey.

styled studio is not responsible for lost items during collection.

SIZING ISSUES

If a product does not fit or is unsuitable, contact us within 2 hours of receiving the garment and we will assist in finding a replacement or providing a refund (minus the cost of delivery & return). The garment must be returned unworn and on the same day it was received for an exchange or return.

CANCELLATIONS

Refunds are only applicable if you provide us with 48 hours notice. If your cancellation is within 48 hours we will provide you with a store credit. 

LATE RETURNS

Please ensure you let us know in advance if you will have any issues adhering to the collection time, as a IDR 300,000 a day fee will be charged for late returns, up to a maximum of 100% of the RRP.

CLEANING

Professional cleaning is included in your hire cost. Do not attempt to clean, alter, iron, or press garments.

Garments may arrive with slight creases due to transit. If necessary, steam the garment on low heat.

USE OF HIRE PRODUCTS

Treat our products as you would your own. Do not attempt to fit into a dress that is too small or force a zip that is too tight. Damaged zips must be repaired at your expense. Please contact us if any damage does occur and we will have a tailor attempt to fix the damage as soon as possible.

THEFT

If an item is not returned by the due date, styled studio will attempt to contact the customer via phone, email, and any other provided contact methods. The customer will be given two days’ grace period to return the item before further action is taken. styled studio reserves the right to report the theft to law enforcement authorities and pursue legal action to recover the item. The cost of the stolen item will be charged to the customer's credit card on file and the bond will not be returned if the item is not returned. If necessary, further legal action will be pursued.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Minor accidents are understandable, and no fees will be charged if stains can be removed through dry cleaning. Be cautious with fake tan, as it can stain
garments. styled studio reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the original RRP for items returned with damage. Do not attempt to clean rental items yourself or have them cleaned by anyone else.

ACCESSORIES & PRE-LOVED ITEMS

Items purchased to keep (not hired) are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Keep in mind when purchasing pre-loved items that they are second hand and may have minor damage or stains. Items are priced according to their condition. We will provide as much detail as possible in the item description on their condition. For further questions on a pre-loved item, please email styledstudio@outlook.com.
Accessories, including nipple covers, earrings, and necklaces, cannot be returned for credit or a refund.
Any faults or damages must be reported within 1 business days of receiving the garment.

EMAIL

We will use the information from your order to send you email marketing on occasion. Your information will not be passed onto any other companies. You can opt out of receiving marketing Emails by emailing styledstudio@outlook.com.
